We know that choosing a new dentist takes a little trust, and we do not take that lightly. At EOM Dental Center in Sequim, Washington, your first visit is designed to be unhurried, personalized, and genuinely welcoming. We want you to leave feeling like you found the right place.

What to Expect

Your first appointment is not a conveyor belt experience. It begins with a one-on-one conversation with Dr. Churchill so he can get to know you, understand your dental history, and learn what matters most to you when it comes to your oral health. From there, we will take a full set of digital X-rays and a comprehensive exam, which may include CBCT imaging if needed for a more complete picture.

At the end of your visit, Dr. Churchill will walk you through his findings in plain language and discuss any treatment recommendations. You will never be handed a treatment plan without a thorough explanation of why each item is on it.

Our Comfort Amenities

We want your visit to be as comfortable as possible. Our treatment rooms feature, weighted blankets, and ceiling TVs showing footage of the Olympic Peninsula's beaches and forests. If you experience dental anxiety, ask about our sedation options or speak with Theresa about incorporating an acupuncture or acupressure session before or after your appointment.

  • Your completed new patient forms (available on our website before your visit)

A Note from Dr. Churchill

"I got into dentistry because someone helped me when I needed it, and that experience has never left me. I look forward to getting to know each of my patients, and am honored to partner with them on their journey to health."
