1. Program Description
By opting into SMS communications from EOM Dental Center, you agree to receive text messages related to appointment reminders, scheduling updates, office notifications, and billing alerts. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving dental care.
2. Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we'll send you a message to confirm that you've been unsubscribed. After this, you'll no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you'd like to join again, sign up the same way you did the first time and we'll start sending SMS messages to you again.
